Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, shipping address.
• Order details: items purchased, order value, payment status, order history.
• Payment information: we never see or store your card/UPI details — online payments are handled directly by our payment processor (Razorpay), which is PCI-DSS compliant.
• Account activity: login timestamps, wishlist items, product reviews you write.
• Basic technical data (device type, browser, approximate location from IP) used only for security and to keep the site working correctly.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To send one-time passwords (OTP) for account login, and transactional emails/SMS about your orders.
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• To improve the site and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To send marketing updates (new arrivals, offers) only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the store: our payment processor (Razorpay) to process online payments, our courier partners to deliver your order, and our email/SMS providers to send OTPs and order updates. Each only receives what it needs to do its job, and none may use your data for its own purposes.

Cookies

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for at least 6 years to meet Indian tax record-keeping requirements. Account data is kept for as long as your account is active; you can request deletion as described below, subject to what we're legally required to retain (e.g. invoices for completed orders).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you marketing messages, at any time by contacting us (see below).
