Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or phone — there's no password to manage. Keep access to that email/phone secure, since it's how your account is verified. You're responsible for orders placed from your account.

Products, pricing & availability

• Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We try to keep stock and pricing accurate, but if an item you've ordered turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything.
• Product photos are as accurate as possible; actual colour may vary slightly due to screen/lighting.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once the order is confirmed. We accept Cash on Delivery and, where enabled, online payment via Razorpay. An order paid online is only confirmed once payment succeeds.

Covered in full in our Shipping & Returns policy, including our 7-day return window and the ₹100 return handling fee.

Intellectual property

The Carrylux name, logo, and all site content (product photography, descriptions, design) belong to Carrylux or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
